How to mkae an AI for dfbhd

Hello everyone.I am using 3ds max 9 ..I created a biped model and named the bones correctly but when i try to import it in OED it crashes.So i renamed them with bip01,bip02 etc and also added physique.But the ai does not move its hands or legs it moves its whole body what should i do please,please help me if you guys help me i will be very greateful to you
