Mip map woes part????

I can not get the old texture assignement to change on the parts of the airtower that were stock. I had to move some windows & doors to fit the game scale and that caused the textures to bend in some places. It's like they are stitched to the edge of eace face and reshaping the faces makes the textures shrink or expand on the faces affected. I've tried deleting all textures & re-loading, using TGA instead of dds, re-grouping, re-assigning.... Nothing seems to work. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this? At this point I think I might have to re-build the exterior completely which I desperately don't want to do. Any work I can save. Here's a screen shot of what I'm talking about.

thats a pretty simple building. just redo the UV map.

I couldn't get the UV map to let go. Not sure precisely how to go about that. I just re-built the outside. It was a pain but not too bad since it's really a glorifed box anyway.
