urban and dessert mod for JO

how about a JO mod,
like this,

-a bitt like bhd
-high buildings
-towers
-dessert and urban camo
-planes
-suspension bridges(destroyable)
-civilain vehicle
-boats
-apc with gillie suit
-a cannon with a scope x50
-castle
-cafe
-meeting room


what do u tink?

i dont think "urban" and "desserts" go together..... but there is a nice ice cream shop down the road past that old garage... but other than that... I think you should put one main building with desserts all in it.... then the mission will be to travel through the urban area... and get to the little dessert place.. and then have to chosse the right dessert.. cuz one has c4 in it :D

jk lol.... but there is already an urban mod in progress... so why dont u check that one out.. and see how similar your ideas are... and if it is totally different from your ideas about the mod.. than im sure someone will go about creating it ;)

Sounds cool, Iraq is urban and desert :-). They don't have too many high rised, but they do have some big buildings there.

i was thinkin bout makin a urban mod for dfx as in like... suburbs lol but ryan told me its already been done

I am actually working on a Desert-Urban combat map. It is based on the town of fallujah. I am having trouble packing the terrain though.

I am making a single player mission. It will be multipart. It consists of taking a bridge that leads into town. Then advance to the center of town and clear a mosque suspected of being used as a weapons cache (I am modelling a fairly complex building for the mosque). After clearing the building and blowing up the weapons the player will make another push to clear the town of the terrorists.

I will also make multiplayer versions of the map. The multiplayer maps will consist of two bridges instead of one with two towns a large town and a smaller town on the opposite side of the river.

Can anyone explain the steps in using the pack.exe tool and where I should be placing the map so the MED will see it?
